Guacamole Recipe

2 medium-size ripe avocados, Haas variety, preferably California
1 small tomato, ripe and firm seeded
1/4 of a small sweet onion
bunch of cilantro to taste
a piece of jalapeno pepper to taste
a Pinch of salt or more
1 lemon or lime juiced

Peel and mash the avocados by hand not to much.( save pit of
avocado) Hand dice the tomato,onion cilantro,jalapeno and add it
to the avocados. Add lemon or lime juice to taste. Use at least a
half of lemon and then add salt to taste. Place avocado pit in
mixture to keep it from turning brown.
