12-15 medium red potatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
8-12 slices bacon, crumbled and cooked
1/4 pound butter or margarine, melted
Seasoned salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and slice unpeeled potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. In shallow baking dish, layer potatoes, cheese, bacon, butter and seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Repeat to make two layers. Heat in 350º oven until cheese is melted and potatoes are hot. Serves 8.
