6 large boneless fish fillet (any firm fish fillets: snapper, grouper, tuna, wahoo)
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Pepper
Garlic salt
1 (16 z) bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
1/4 pound lump crabmeat
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Season fillets heavily with Creole seasoning, pepper, and garlic salt. Rub seasoning into fillets. Marinate the fillets in some of the salad dressing for 20-30 minutes. Saute crabmeat in a small amount of salad dressing and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until desired thickness is achieved. Add sautéed crabmeat. Set aside. Grill fish over very hot coals for approximately 5 minutes per side. Use basket for grilling, if desired. Pour crabmeat sauce over grilled fillets and serve. Serves 6
