1 large box vanilla wafers

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
8 - 9 large marshmallows

1 qt. pecans, chopped coarse
1 box (15 oz.) raisins
2 c. grated coconut
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained

Directions:
Directions:

Grate wafers really fine. Mix milk and marshmallows and heat, over low heat, until melted. Stir constantly.

Cool then add wafers and other ingredients. Mix with hands until well mixed. Put in buttered tube pan, place in refrigerator overnight. Ready to serve the next day.



This is a favorite among Steve's family in Alabama. His mother would make this for Christmas. I have made it myself several times. Delicious.
