2 cups flour
3/4 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups white chocolate morsels
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º. Combine flour, baking soda, salt. Beat butter, sugars in large bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and lemon juice, gradually beat in flour. Stir in morsels, nuts and lemon peel. Drop by rounded tbsp. onto greased baking sheets. Bake 7-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes. remove to wire racks to cook completely.
