1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
2 tsp. baking powder
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla, egg and baking powder. Add flour 1 cup at a time mixing last cup by hand. If the dough is too stiff, add water 1 tsp. at a time. Roll out and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400º for 6-7 minutes.
