2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
5 T. cold butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. fresh blueberries
Glaze:
1 lemon, zested & juiced
2 c. powdered sugar
1 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and cut-in cold butter. Fold in cream until just mixed. Fold in blueberries carefully. Press dough out on floured surface with fingers. Cut into triangles and carefully transfer to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat. Brush tops with heavy cream. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400º. Cool.
Whisk glaze ingredients together, adding water until drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled scones.
