Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze Recipe

2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
2 T. sugar
5 T. cold butter
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 lemon, zested & juiced
2 c. powdered sugar
1 T. oil

Sift dry ingredients and cut-in cold butter. Fold in cream until just mixed. Fold in blueberries carefully. Press dough out on floured surface with fingers. Cut into triangles and carefully transfer to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or silicone mat. Brush tops with heavy cream. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400. Cool.
Whisk glaze ingredients together, adding water until drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled scones.
