1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. + 2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 T. pine nuts, toasted
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
5 T. Amaretto

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in flour until just blended. Mix in apricots, almonds and pine nuts.
Transfer dough to plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat. Cut dough in slices and bake about 15 minutes. Cool.
Meanwhile, whisk powdered sugar and amaretto. Add water until drizzling consistancy. Drizzle cookies with icing.
