1&1/2 lb ground chuck
1 c onion chopped
1 green pepper sliced
2 T butter
1 t seasoned salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T sugar
1 large can whole tomatoes
1-15oz can tomato sauce
2 c water
1-8oz pk wide noodles
8oz mozzarella cheese shredded

Saute' onion and green pepper in butter for 3 minutes then add ground chuck and brown. To this add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer meat mixture then uncooked noodles making sure noodles are covered with sauce and top with mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Cut and serve as you would lasagna.
