1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic (optional)
1 stalk celery
1/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. ground pork
1/3 lb. bacon (cooked & crumbled)
16 oz. tomato sauce
2 cups chicken broth
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, garlic and celery in olive oil until onions and celery are transparent being careful not to burn the garlic. Brown ground meat; add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer slowly for 3 hours adding water if necessary. Serve over 12 to 16 oz. of spaghetti or other pasta.
