4-6 Boneless Pork Chops
4-6 Potatoes (med size)
small onion sliced
1 can Green beans
1 can Whole kernel corn
2 cans Cream of chicken soup
1c. Low fat Sour Cream
1/2tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
I tube of Ritz crackers mixed with 1/2c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Pork Chops in 1 in. thin strips
Mix all ingredients together and put in 9X13 pan
Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350º oven.
Last 1/2 hour top with 1 tube of Ritx crackers mixed with 1/2c. butter.
(check to see if potatoes are done)
