1 C. water
1/2 C. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. flour
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water,butter & salt,bring to a boil.
Add flour,stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs;one at a time beating after each addition.
Continue to beat until mix is smooth and velvety.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet
Bake in 400šoven 40-50-minutes or until puffy golden brown.
Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
Cool on wire racks away from draft.
Cut in half and serve with pudding,whipped cream or ice cream.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or melted chocolate.
