2 Cups luke warm milk
2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
2 yeast packets
1/2 cup soft butter
6 cups sifted flour

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cream

Add yeast to milk and stir until blended. Mix together milk, sugar and salt. Add eggs and butter and half of the flour. Mix. Blend in remaining flour. Knead dough lightly and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down once and let rise again.

Prior to rolling out the dough: in a sauce pan bring to a boil the brown sugar and cream. Boil for 1 minute and put in bottom of cake pan (can be rectangle or round pans).

Roll out dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread melted butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Roll dough up along long edge. Cut dough about every inch to inch and a half and place in pan. Cover and let rise. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
