1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c cooked elbow macaroni(whole wheat)or brown rice;
1 can tomato soup;
1 can 16oz peas,drained; 1 can water

Directions:

Brown meat;add peas;macaroni or rice; soup and water. Bake in casserole about 40 minutes @ 350º
