Notes: Great served with Garlic Bread and Judy Kiser's Shrimp Salad....Grandma kiser (Dorothy) loved making this dish for her family, she was proud to serve it to anyone...she said the bay leaf made all the flavors come together to make the unique taste...She was a wonderful cook...she always said she thought she must be part Jewish cause she always would offer food to who ever came to visit...There was not a dish she could not make taste delicious....We miss her!!!!
