1-2 packages dry Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mixes

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter, softened

Fresh fruit, such as sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and sliced kiwi

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare sugar cookie dough according to package directions. For individual tarts, spoon dough by small balls onto a cookie sheet and bake according to directions. Otherwise, press dough from 2 packages onto the bottom of a cookie sheet and bake until light brown. Allow crust to cool. Spread cream cheese frosting on cooled crust/tarts just before serving. Top with fresh fruit.
