2 lb flank steak, cut into serving pieces and coated with flour.
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
4 TB cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in butter. Mix dry mustard, salt, sugar, and vinegar in a separate bowl. Add to the flank steak that has been browned in an electric skillet. Cook, covered, for about 1 hour. Add water, as needed.

This is a favorite recipe that makes the kitchen smell wonderful! Serve with rice or creamy scalloped potatoes.
