1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup margarine
4 TB cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, shortening, cocoa, and water. Bring to a boil. Pour in a mixing bowl and add all of the dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, and eggs.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured jelly roll pan (10X15).
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1/2 cup butter
4 TB cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
6 TB milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
Melt butter and cocoa together. Place in mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, and milk. Mix until creamy. Add vanilla. Spread on slightly cool cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

This cake is so delicious! It is easy to make and cooks quickly. I have never had anyone say they did not like it!
Serve with ice cream.
