4 chicken breast halves
2 T. flour
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
4 thick slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken between sheets of waxed paper and flatten with a heavy skillet on a hard surface. Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken with mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a heavy skillet. Saute' chicken in butter 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
In a small skillet, saute' mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Place chicken in a single layer in a small ovenproof casserole dish. Top with mushrooms and then cheese. Boil just until the cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings.
