1 pound cake
Raspberries
Blueberries

Lemon Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbls margarine or butter-softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbls milk or half & half
2 Tbls lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for glaze until smooth. Adding enough milk for desired consistency.

Slice pound cake. Arrange fruit on top of each slice. Drizzle with lemon glaze.

This is a tasty dessert. It's extremely easy, but impressive. You can also use lemon cake from the bakery section - it's even sliced for you! I'm sure you can also buy a premade lemon glaze that would work too. I have never used strawberries, but I'm sure they would be equally as good.
