4 large boneless pork chops
Put the pork chops in a bag that has flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika. Shake. Brown in skillet and then place the chops in a baking dish.
Combine:
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
4 TB cider vinegar
1 cup sour cream
Dash of cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water and seasoning mixture over pork chops and bake, covered, in a low oven, 325º, for 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender.
