1 can pureed Pumpkin
1 lg can evaporated milk
1 c sugar
3 eggs
1/2 t cinnamon
1 c chopped pecans
1 pk Yellow Cake Mix
2 sticks Butter
1-8oz pk cream cheese
1 cup 4xx powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, 1 cup sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. Pour into a 9x13 pan lined with wax paper. (Mixture will be thin) Sprinkle the box of cake mix and the pecans over this. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert and peel off wax paper. Allow to completely cool. Mix cream cheese and 4xx sugar and spread over the cake. Top this with cool whip. (thin layer)
