1 can refried beans
1 large container sour cream
1 jar of medium salsa
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 can Rotel
1 pkg taco seasoning
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck and drain well. Add Rotel and taco seasoning along with approximately 1/2-3/4 cup of water. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed. Layer in order of ingredients. Chill several hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, or crackers.
