1 Can creamed corn
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
12 pkg. Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter

Directions:

Combine corn, flour, sugar, & eggs
Pour into a pan. Mix crackers and butter. Pour over top.Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. If bake 4 batches bake 45 minutes

Even though this recipe was in an Amish cookbook. It was handed down to me from my mother, who has been making it for 60 + years now
