Directions:
Boil entire box of noodles until desired tenderness, drain noodles and place in baking dish with 3 tbsp of butter. Mix so that butter melts. Add a drizzle of mustard to give a golden glaze to noodles. Mix in black pepper, garlic powder, Badia complete seasoning (to desired taste) and ensure seasonings are mixed thoroughly into noodles. Stir in diced onions and diced red & green bell peppers. The amount of diced vegetables depends upon your taste. Mix in diced ham and stir to evenly distribute mixture. Stir in the majority of sour cream from the smallest sour cream container and mix thoroughly. Mix in 3 1/2 - 4 lbs on shredded cheddar cheese (mild + sharp) until sufficiently stuffed with cheese. Cut up a block of velveeta cheese and stuff cut pieces throughout mixture. Pat down mixture so that it sits flat in baking dish. Mix two eggs and drizzle over mixture. Take remaining shredded cheese and cover the entire pan of macaroni explosion mixture. Lightly sprinkle diagonal lines over top layer of cheese using paprika. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
