1 cup raw peanuts
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a cookie sheet. Combine peanuts, sugar, syrup, and salt in a 4-cup glass bowl. Stir with wooden spoon and leave spoon in cup as you microwave the mix for 4 minutes on high. Stir; cook another 3 minutes. Add vanilla and butter. Stir. Cook 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in baking soda and quickly pour onto cookie sheet. Spread thin, and keep working while hot and pull. When cool, break into small pieces. Store in airtight container.
