8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

3/4 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
pecans, finely chopped (or miniature chocolate chips)

Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the confectioners' sugar a little at a time, then add the brown sugar. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans or miniature chocolate chips. Refrigerate.

Use vanilla wafers, graham sticks, chocolate wafer cookies, etc. for dipping. I use chocolate grahams.
