1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. After mixture begins a rolling boil, cook exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Stir until chips are dissolved and mixture starts to thicken. Quickly apply to cooled cake.
