1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) can green chiles, chopped
4 green onions, sliced (tops included)
1 can Hormel Chili, no Beans
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 8x8 inch pan with cooking spray. Layer ingredients in order given, ending with cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with plain tortilla chips.
