Lemon Bars Recipe

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 T. lemon juice
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together 1 c. flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Pat into a prepared 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Beat the two eggs and add the sugar, lemon juice, 2 T. flour, baking powder. Mix and pour over crust after the 20 minute bake. Bake 25 more minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Store in frig.
