2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
1 cup broken soft white bread
1 beaten egg
1 cup of whole milk
Pinch of salt
Dash of paprika

Directions:

Lightly toss all of the ingredients in a greased casserole dish.

Bake at 425º for 20 minutes.

I can remember having baked cheese a lot during the winter on the farm. I still make it a lot for my family. We like it with a tossed green salad or fruit.
