1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 cups pecan halves
3 lg. eggs beaten
3 T butter-melted
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 T good bourbon
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cover bottom of pie crust with pecans. In medium bowl whisk together eggs and melted butter. Add corn syrup, sugar, bourbon and chopped chocolate. Stir well. Pour mixture into pie shell over pecans. Bake 10 mins. Lower oven temp. to 350º and continue baking 25 mins or until pie is set. Remove and cool.
