Chicken pieces of choice, with skin on.

Rinse chicken, pat dry, and coat with a flour mixture of
flour, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.

Place chicken in a greased 9X13 glass baking dish.
Dot with butter.

Bake in a 400º oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chicken is brown and bubbly.
Remove chicken and use the grease to make gravy.
Delicious!
