1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 small box red gelatin mix
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
3/4 cup orange juice
1 small grated apple
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipping cream
1 (8 oz) cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Process cranberries in food processor. Pour sugar over the berries and stir to dissolve.
Bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil. Stir in gelatin and let cool. Stir into cranberries and add pineapple, orange juice, apple and pecans. Mix well and refrigerate a few hours-overnight if possible. Whip cream and beat in cream cheese. Layer half of the cranberry mixture into 9x13 glass dish. Add the whipped cream mixture and then the remaining cranberry mixture. Place back in refrigerator until ready to serve.
