1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground pork (you can use all beef if you prefer)
4 eggs, beaten with little milk
1 pkg. saltines
onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into two loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Make a little indent along the middle of the whole top of the meatloaf. Pour ketchup along the indent (so it's like a ketchup stripe on the top). Sprinkle a little salt & pepper on top. Bake at 350º for about an hour.

Personal Notes:
We don't really measure these ingredients exactly, do what looks right to you!

Nothing goes better with Grandma's Meatloaf than some Scalloped Corn!
