1 cup chopped onion
1 pound cooked lean ground turkey
1 can (16oz.) tomato sauce
1 cup canned mushrooms
1 (16oz.) cup canned tomatoes
1 (16oz.) can Progresso Red Kidney Beans
1 cup instant long-grain white rice
2/3 cup V8 vegetable juice or tomato juice
1/8 tsp. Durkee Chili powder, mild
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper

4 oz. Kraft 2% milk natural cheese sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In small skillet cook onion until transparent in small amount of water (do not brown the onion).
In another skillet brown ground turkey.

Combine onion and browned turkey in a large pot and stir in tomato sauce. Add tomatoes, kidney beans (with juice), mushrooms and stir.

Add chili powder, minute rice & tomato juice stirring after each.

Cover and simmer.

Add cheese, when mixture is fully cooked.

Let melt and serve in soft tortilla shells.
