Oriental Coleslaw Recipe

1 large and 1 small package coleslaw w/carrots
1 package chicken flavor Ramon Noodles
3 green onions, chopped
1 c toasted slivered or sliced almonds
seasoning from noodles
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1/2 c oil
dash of pepper

Combine ingredients for dressing; bring to a boil and stir again.

Crush noodles into small chunks. Set aside with nuts.

Pour dressing over coleslaw to wilt. Add noodles and nuts and fluff through.

Slaw can be made the night before and nuts and noodles stirred in just before serving.
