4 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 lb. bacon, good quality
2 T. sugar
3/4 c. flour

Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix flour and sugar in medium sized bowl. Add eggs and milk, gradually stirring until well blended. (This can sit refrigerated up to two hours.) Cube bacon and place in 9 x 13 baking pan. Broil or bake until crisp. Remove half of the grease, leaving the bacon bits in the pan. Pour the egg, flour and milk mixture into the same pan, covering the bacon pieces and remaining grease.

Bake for 40 - 45 minutes until golden brown. Will puff around the edges like a souffle. Serve with fresh fruit, syrup or lingonberry preserves (sold at IKEA).
