8 - 10 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. sausage, browned (or ham, bacon)
16 bread slices; buttered with crusts removed
2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place 1/2 of the buttered bread face down in 9 by 13 pan. Layer sausage, then cheese. Layer other half of the buttered bread on top. Mix eggs and 2 cups of milk together, then pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
