6 boneless chicken breasts; skin removed, halved
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 - 2 tsp. garlic, minced
8 oz. herb stuffing, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
wooden tooth pics or skewers (without added color)

Prepare Night Before: Rinse chicken, pat dry and pound flat. In medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic. Add chicken to sour cream mixture and coat each piece well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to twenty four hours. In a processor, crush herb stuffing and set aside.

To Assemble: Preheat oven to 300º. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture and roll up. Secure with tooth pic. Do not wipe off sour cream. Dip chicken into crushed stuffing, coating evenly. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown. Remove tooth pic before serving.
