1 pkg. linguine noodles
1/2 c. Garlic Expressions or Italian dressing
1/2 c. white wine
1 T. sugar
1 lb. chicken; cooked, cubed
1 1/2 c. tomatoes, fresh or canned
1/2 c. mushrooms; fresh, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil

salt and pepper to season
Parmesan, freshly grated

Drizzle olive oil in large pan. Saute garlic. Add chicken pieces and cook thoroughly. Add Italian dressing, white wine, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are softened but still firm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Continue to simmer while linguine is cooking according to package directions. Drain pasta and pour tomato sauce over hot linguine. Serve with plenty of grated Parmesan cheese and hot crusty bread.
