2 lb. beef chuck, cut into bite size pieces
3 T. oil
1 c. onion, sliced
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash pepper

2 T. flour
1/4 c. water

In a large pot, brown beef in oil. Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to skillet. Add 2 c. water. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

To Make Thickening: Place 2 T. flour and 1/4 c. warm water in a small jar and shake until there are no lumps. Add to simmering pot and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked noodles.
