2 lb. ground venison
2-3 eggs, beaten with milk
1 pkg. saltines
1 T. parsley
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
a couple dashes of Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients by hand. Form into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350º for about an hour or so. I spread some Heinz 57 on top before I bake it. You can use whatever you like.
