1 small onion, chopped
2 T margarine
2 cups frozen southern-style hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 cup ham cubes
1 cup velveeta
1 T spicy brown mustard
1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Saute onions in margarine. Add potatoes; continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except dough. Unroll dough; cut into four rectangles. Flatten each rectangle into 7 inch square. Place 3/4 cup ham mixture on half of each square. Fold dough over filling to form a triangle; press edges with fork to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
