2 Eggs
1 1/2 C. Milk
4 tsp. Baking powder
2 C. Flour
1 C. Banana, sliced or mashed
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/3 C. Butter, melted
1 Tbsp. granulated Sugar
1/4 C. Walnuts or Pecans, finely chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat waffle iron.
Beat eggs in medium bowl for 1 minute. Beat in remaining ingredients, just until smooth (do not over mix). If you want walnuts or pecans stir them in.
Pour 1/2 C batter into center of waffle iron (or amount per directions for your waffle iron). Cook according to waffle iron instructions; usually until steaming stops.
