8 cups potatoes, cooked and diced
1 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pound Velveeta cheese, diced
1/2 onion, chopped
4 to 6 slices bacon, partially cooked
1/2 cup green olives, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Toss potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, diced cheese, and onion. Place mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with bacon and olives. Bake at 325º for one hour.
