4 medium firm ripe tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Core tomatoes removing the tops. Arrange in a 9" glass baking dish. Combine salt, pepper, oregano, basil and bread crumbs. Spread mixture over tomatoes evenly. Cover with wax paper and coke 5-6 minutes at 375º, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
