1 c. chicken broth (you can make with bouillon)
1 stick butter
1 pound crab meat
1/3 c. flour
5 cups half & half
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large saucepan and add flour stirring constantly until smooth under med-low heat. Add the chicken broth and stir constantly; add the half and half, pepper, parsley, old bay and crab meat. Simmer as long as you want. If to thick - dilute with milk. If not thick enough, make a small amount of rue with butter and flour and add to soup.
