4 lb. ground meat (1/2 beef, 1/2 pork)
2 1/2 heads cabbage
4 c. rice (cooked 7-8 mins)
1 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
3-4 onions, chopped
3 eggs
1 qt. tomato sauce
bacon or thin slices kielbasa
2 sticks margarine

Cook cabbage; remove leaves; cut center backs off. Cook, drain and rinse rice. Brown ground meat in skillet (add water to chop up meat easier). Microwave onions and celery with margarine and spices until soft. Mix all ingredients together. Roll up in cabbage leaves. Place in roasting pan. Top with bacon and tomato sauce. Bake 3 hours at 350. Yields one huge roasting pan.
