4 cubed steaks
flour
milk
2 eggs
cooking oil
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1- 8 oz. pkg sliced mushrooms or 2- 4 oz. cans sliced mushroom and pieces
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
egg noodles or rice

Mix 2 eggs and 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk in mixing bowl.

on plate or shallow baking dish place 2 cups flour
Take your 4 cubed steaks and dredge into milk and egg mixture then dredge into flout making sure it is completely cover very well set onto plate and repeat until all four cubed steaks are covered, when finished discard egg and milk mixture and set flour aside for later.
In frying pan heat about 1/4 c. cooking oil (oil to cover bottom of fry pan) make sure this is hot but not too hot to burn meat before it is cooked through,start cooking meat making sure to turn sides until they are nice and brown,take out of pan and set on aside on plate.
turning heat to medium take the leftover flour that was set aside and sprinkled into heated oil, it will bubble up and get thick, slowly add milk until it makes a thin gravy, then add both cans of cream of mushroom soup stirring until smooth , add approx. 3 T. Worcestershire sauce and 2 T. soy sauce, toss in your mushrooms stir in until completely mixed when this looks like gravy it is just right then add your cubed steaks back into gravy cover and simmer on low about 20 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.

This is something I created from another recipe I lacked the required ingredients and replace others items with things I liked and came up with this ,now this is my daughter favorite dinner she especially asks for this on every Birthday.
